Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu 4

What is the relationship between the complexity classes polynomial time and nondeterministic polynomial time?
Sion meets with Lucile who informs him that HE IS STUPID and that Lucile is the KING OF THE WORLD
Then Ryner goes into jail where HE DOESN’T GET AWESOME FUTONS
Because he can’t get futons he can only get books from the library, which his “prison” (apparently, it’s the guard’s backyard) guard gets for him. They then talk about random stuff for the majority of the episode.

AND THUS THE STORY ENDS AT CHAPTER -1
…Yeah. This episode seems to be unanimously worse than the previous one in terms of action; but that doesn’t mean it’s bad, it just means the previous episode was good.
While watching Black Lagoon, I came upon an interesting expression – Stockholm Syndrome. Basically, it’s when some guy who gets captured (e.g. gets held hostage on an epic torpedo ship known as the black lagoon, or gets trapped in a jail in some old guy’s backyard) has positive feelings towards their capturer (e.g. joining the Lagoon Company, or informing old people about how three-year-olds have boyfriends nowadays).
I was wondering as to why this episode wanted to show this – and then I realized; character development.
“Wait, what?!” you’d say.
But no; by showing Ryner being calm and good-humoured even in a jail cell after seeing so many of his friends killed, you can come to two conclusions.
One is that he is a cold-blooded devil or forgot all about his friends ’cause he’s stupid.
The second is that he’s trying really hard to conceal that. It’s obvious that he’s hiding a lot, with the Alpha Stigma and all that by trying to act stupid and cool. I’m thinking that he’ll emotionally break down his cover sometime soon, probably near the climax.
The main boss still isn’t introduced – could it be Lucile? I honestly doubt that, as he wouldn’t reveal himself so soon if he was indeed the final boss (he’d stay as a shadow-character cough cough Ookami), but there’s a possibility as well. It’ll be interesting to watch what his real motives are (TO RULE THE WORLD~!).
I’m hoping that the scene catches up to the present after this chapter. Honestly, I doubt that it’ll be very interesting following Ryner and Ferris around buying dango and talking to random villagers…
